A detoxifying body wrap or relaxing sauna session is just what the doctor ordered after a day or two in this nonstop city. At the Spa at Harrah's, enjoy a massage or facial, or go for a package deal if you can't decide. Men's and women's spa tubs and steam rooms are available, and the spa also has a full-service salon offering men's and women's cuts, coloring, and styling. If you're committed to getting in a workout, the fitness center located inside the spa has cardio and weight machines. (Go after 5 PM for a reduced daily facility fee.)
Harrah's keeps the action alive, even while you eat. At the Sports Pit, bet on your favorite teams while enjoying Texas-style barbecue and burgers. In keeping with its Soviet-sounding name, KGB also stocks an impressive vodka selection.
Flavors Buffet - Whether you're after all-you-can-eat crab legs and sushi rolls, or a made-to-order omelet, Flavors will hit the spot with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch buffets.
Oyster Bar - Seafood of all colors and stripes is served up with an extensive cocktail selection. Stick with the classics like clam chowder and lobster, or be adventurous and go for a plate of 4 types of chilled, raw oysters.

Entertainment at Harrah's centers on music and comedy, or a combination of both. Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill has a bit of everything that makes Vegas special. Catch some live music and play a few rounds of blackjack with the bar's feisty dealers in this laid-back atmosphere, inspired by the country star's hit song "I Love This Bar." Or watch the big game on one of the flat-panel TVs while enjoying some Southern-style food.
Sing along with your favorite musicians as Legends in Concert presents top impersonating acts that can actually sing and dance like the stars. Get in on the entertaining yourself at Harrah's Piano Bar. Request songs and sing along during the nightly Dueling Pianos show, or stop by TJ's Karaoke.
Harrah's is also home to the Improv, a Strip comedy staple. The Improv features the country's top touring comics and recurring productions like Defending the Caveman, a laugh-out-loud one-man play focusing on the universally funny trials and tribulations between men and women. Mac King takes the Improv stage once a week with his Comedy Magic Show, entertaining audiences with his sleight of hand and quirky humor.

Harrah's guests also have preferred access to the Cascata and Rio Secco golf courses, consistently ranked among the state's top courses. Both are within a half-hour drive of The Strip.

Glittering, larger-than-life gambling palaces dominate Las Vegas Boulevard South, better known as The Strip. Here, hotels are destinations unto themselves. Within a three-mile stretch, visitors can see the New York City skyline, the Eiffel Tower, an Egyptian pyramid, imperial Rome, a dancing fountain, and an exploding volcano. A monorail links several hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

"Get what you pay for"
I was excited about going to Vegas! I picked this hotel because of price, location and free parking. First, the air conditioning had on and off. It didn't matter what the temp was set at. Second, there were rat droppings all over the bathroom. I was told to just clean it up! Finally, the smoking in non smoking areas by the staff was the last straw for […] me. We left after 2 nights of our 5 night stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Do Not Stay Here"
I stood in line for almost an hour with 2 people in front of me as 1 person worked to check in everyone. The rewards line kept filling up so we could do nothing but wait. I respect that reward customers go first, but to have 1 check in person was beyond poor. We asked for the manager to come out, but she hid. We even called the hotel directly hoping […] someone could help, but no luck. After 45 minutes, another person came out, and we moved through slowly. I will NEVER stay here again. In that hour I could have been gambling and lost $500 which would have paid for 50 employees to check people in. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN VEGAS ON HOLD FOR EVER WITH THE FRONT DESK. SERVICE JUST SUCKS. DON’T EVEN THINK OF GAMBLING HERE. GO SOME WHERE ELSE ANY WHERE BUT HERE. "Not much for customer service"
I waited for 20 minutes to check in behind two people at 10:15PM. The staff was not very friendly and they mislead you into purchasing their resort fee. The resort fee includes access to their gym, which they don't tell you that the hours are 7-7. It also includes internet access which was so slow it just didn't work with my VPN connection. The resort […] was not offered to me as an option, but come to find out, it is an option. Dont' ruin your business trip or vacation at this resort... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disappointed stay"
To check in, I had to wait almost an hour. This was at 12:30 am. And there were only 4 people in line! I had requested a non-smoking room and of course, got a smoking room. I did not go back down to get it switched because of the late hour and did not want to wait in line another hour. Also, I had booked two rooms and requested to be next to each other. […] Not only were we not next to each other, we were on different floors and different towers! What's the point of making requests if you're not going to honor them? It was a short and disappointing stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Party, not business!"
Great rooms, surprisingly nice for the price. One big problem, 50 percent of the hotel faces a club downstairs with booming music that lasts until 4 am. Not the place to stay on a business trip. Other hotels on the strip like the Venetian took a little more care soundproofing their rooms. It seems that they specifically give online bookings this side […] of the hotel so they cannot refund you on the spot. Despite the hotel being surprisingly nice (shocked me), overall bad experience. "Resort Fees for Nothing and No Service"
I have been to Las Vegas countless times so I've come to expect little or no service at Strip hotels but Harrah's has reached new lows. I was assigned a room over an outdoor bar with a DJ or band playing until late into the night. I was working so I needed sleep and when I called the front desk--once I got through (it's virtually impossible to reach […] anyone by phone at Harah's--they told me to call back in the morning. When I called in the morning, they told me a room was assigned and to bring my stuff down between 11 and 1. When I called to see if the room was ready, I was told it was not and offered about ten other rooms which, once offered, were already taken. I took that occasion to complain about the new RESORT FEES OF $20 A NIGHT. The resort fee practice, which is being investigated currently by the FTC as a deceptive practice, is supposed to cover internet use. But guess what? Harrah's doesn't have wifi in the rooms so if you have a tablet, forget about it. Anyway, I was told I would be compensated with a $30 food and beverage credit that I could use at any hotel restaurant. The next day I went to Harrah's buffet, waited in line and when I told the cashier I had the credit, she called and said there was no record of it. I called the manager and got voice mail, leaving a message, but got no reply. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Poor Customer Service!!!!"
after working all day and driving 6 hours down to vegas, i was ready to get into the room and relax before we continued on our trip to california. Well, we get checked in and up to the first room. Opened the door and there is a suitcase in the room!!! Ok, we go back downstairs and all the ladies at the front desk go "oooooh" when we say what happened. […] We are questioned by the woman who helped us this time... "how do you know someone was in this room?" um hello!!! it smelled like cologne and their luggage was open on the bed! we receive no apology and are sent to another room. We get to this room and a very intoxicated man comes out of the room that we are supposed to be staying in. He looked just about as confused as we did. We even tried the keys to this room and double checked the number multiple times but the keys didn't work. Back downstairs again and to the same woman who helped us previously. She doesn't believe us and gets all defensive and no apology! Goes and gets her manager saying that this is not possible and that we are probably just trying to get upgraded for free! I just want to rest my head lady! to sum it up: two rooms with people in them , and no apology from any staff member. After one hour of trying to check in we finally get a room without a human or their luggage in it. You can bet I called and spoke with the manager myself after all this. Moral of the story: do not stay here!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Sorry Hospitality Impression"
Doorman service was prompt and courteous. Hotel check-in was abysmal. Check-in starts at 4PM so I'd have thought the front desk would be well staffed at 5PM. Not so. Only one agent for the dozen groups standing/grousing half an hour through the regular guests' line in full view of the three agents for 'premiere' guests (no line). The front desk manager […] couldn't do much. Shift change you know. Hello? My Mardi Gras Tower suite was as it should be - comfortable, clean, well appointed. I know because the stated 10 minutes waiting for the bellman to bring the bags up was actually twice that. In total it took over 90 minutes to be good to go. Similar under-staffing was noticeable in pricey food/beverage and casino services too. I suppose I should thank Harrah's - Las Vegas. Waiting is less expensive than gambling. But my over all impression was of sorry hospitality none the less. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Much Better Hotels for the Money"
This is the only hotel that has ever charged me a fee for early check in. It was $25. The people I was traveling with couldn't get into their rooms at check in time. The pool is small and all the chairs are reserved for high rollers. I would not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, but tired and old school"
Smack in the heart of the strip -- you can't beat the location. Getting there by car is, well, an adventure: the route from LV Boulevard to the hotel entrance is a maze filled with nearly invisible and very high speed bumps -- some that would damage the undercarriage if traversed in excess of 2 mph. The room was small with no wifi and unusable ethernet. […] Only place to send email is the business center which has very limited hours -- we had to use the free wifi at McDonalds! Cell reception was also weak and iffy. And the thermostat didn't work at all. Service of the human kind, however, was quite good. Soooo if you're nostalgic for the Rat Pack fins on cars, and Vegas back in the day, this is your place. If you need/want/expect 21st century amenities, look elsewhere. "Pathetic Service"
When I checked in I gave the clerk my credit card for the Resort Fee charge (which I detest with a passion...just increase the room rates and don't mislead) and for misc charges my wife or I might choose to charge to the room. Our second night we decided to watch a movie and I was told it had not been swiped and therefore I'd have to come down to the […] front desk and provide them with my card. Well, I wasn't about to get dressed and go downstairs and they declined to take my card over the phone or have someone come to the room. Additionally, my room key consistently failed to work until I continued to try it a dozen times or more. The casino & hotel room was borderline clean! "Assigned to an Occupied Room"
Our key opened the door to our assigned room but it was already occupied by someone else. I asked to speak to the manager and waited 20 minutes […] before he was available. Two days before we were due to leave he offered to move us to another room. It wasn't worth the effort of the move at that time. He appeared unconcerned about our disappointment with our room, although he did offer an insincere apology. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Cheap, but Very Disappointing"
If price is your top consideration, Harrah's might be a good choice for you. If a nice room, quality facility, and treatment by the staff is more important, go somewhere else. The room was the least expensive I could find in the neighborhood, so that was a plus. The quality of the recently upgraded room was fine, but the hallway and even the room on […] the "smoke-free floor" had a moderate smell of cigarette smoke, probably because the elevators are less than 50 ft from the casino floor. The most disappointing element, however, was that the clerk sold me on the mini-bar package ($50 worth of drinks and snacks for $20) because it would give me a free refrigerator instead of having to pay $15 a night for a fridge. But when I got to the room, there was a sticker on the fridge that says it's not really a refrigerator because it doesn't stay cold enough to keep things fresh. When I spoke to the front desk and the manager, they said my only options would be to go without a refrigerator or to pay an additional $15 a night. For that reason, and because of the smoke and general seediness of the smoke-filled casino, I checked out after the first night of my four-night stay. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Moved to Caesar's Palace, with a great room, first-rate care and attention from the staff, and a free refrigerator. Also, somehow, the smell of cigarette smoke in the casino was maybe only 1/4th as bad as at Harrah's. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

I have stayed here in the past and it has become outdated. The Hotels.com description of the reservation was misleading. There was no upgrade upon check in as promised. The detail of what you get stated that the reservation came with breakfast. What it didn't state was you only get two per stay. "Keep looking not a nice hotel."
We went to Vegas to celebrate our birthdays .... Vegas got 4 stars our hotel on the other hand barely 1. The toilet was not attached to the floor, I had to fix the showerhead to make it work. Pills on the bathroom floor and I have no idea what it was. Hair in the tub. The other room was missing pillows and our "baskets" that you buy for 20.00 at the […] front desk were missing items. They put us in the wrong rooms at first and it took 4 phone calls to the front desk and lots of transfers and an hour and a half to get into the correct rooms. Mind you the issues mentioned above were in the second rooms we were put into. Concierge was rude to the point I told her that she acted like I was from Vegas, so short and vague in your answers to my questions.
