I found the hotel clean and well kept. The hotel web site says you can have a microwave on request but it does not mention that it cost 15 dollars a day. There is a microwave that they will warm things up in if you sign a waver each time. Refrigerators are in the room. The hotel is close to the train line to get into to Boston. poorly rated... i stayed the night that the Marathon Bombers were chased in boston, and hence the room next door had their TV blasting news feeds until 5am....i complained to the front desk, they merely said deal with it... i could not sleep the whole night and did miserably at my meeting the next day...never again

I though the hotel itself was very beautiful. The room was gorgeous and spacious but I did find a HUGE spider in my bathroom curtain. I am not talking about a house spider, it looked dangerous. I did receive free breakfast for reporting it but I was there for a convention so I was already getting free breakfast. Do yourself a favor and request a room as far as possible from the raquetball courts. I could have done without all that banging. But overall a comfortable hotel. I stayed because I was attending a conference there, and the event facilities were very good.

This is a very well-run, classy hotel with service personnel who are on the ball. I have only two knocks on the hotel: it's far from Boston, where my business was, and they charge an extra $10/day for WiFi access. Otherwise, it was just splendid.

ok hotel there was a party in the lobby area and it was quite loud. Our room 340 was really close to the lobby so we could hear a lot of noise. Overall, loud hotel.

the hotel has an excellent location, about 25 minutes by car to anywhere in Boston or cambridge. Nothing around the hotel though, next to highways. The food in the restaurant is expensive, worth it. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is a highlight. Free parking and internet. Tons of outlets and shopping malls in Framingham which is closeby.

I had business in Dedham and Boston and decided to stay in Dedham instead of paying the high prices in Boston. The hotel itself was very nice--pleasant room, good room amenities, quiet. The hotel staff were very helpful--they even found me a loaner umbrella when it unexpectedly rained. The shuttle to the local mall was very timely. My only complaint was the distance from the hotel to the MBTA station--it's further away than the promo literature suggested and is a bit isolated for part of the walk. The Dedham Hilton is nice, depending on what you are looking for though it's out of the way a bit. It's a good 35 mins minimum away from Boston with a couple tolls on the way. The hotel is tucked away adjacent to offices. You have to drive in order to get to a strip mall or food.

Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Very little knowledgeable about the location and transportation options. Not proactive at all. Here are a few instances 1. I was in Boston to attend a conference in downtown but due to budgetary constraints had to stay a little far from downtown. When I called up the hotel, they said it is very easily accessible to […] downtown via commuter rail (which is true - but only during weekdays). I specifically asked for weekend commute, and they said the same. However, the weekend rails do not start until 11AM and I had meetings beginning at 9AM. The hotel staff had no clue as to how to get to Downtown from their hotel other than the commuter rail. I had to call directory service and search on google to get an alternative route and there again they were not proactive in helping me out on reaching a via point which was a couple of miles away. 2. When I disclosed that the hotel staff had told me that it was easy to commute even on weekends, they looked at me as if I am speaking something alien and very rudely responded. 3. You will just get room and bed with your stay... EVERYTHING ELSE is charged. Beware.... most other hotels when offering wifi for free, these people charge for it. This was another issue I had as I had inquired with the hotel in advance before booking and they had told me wireless in rooms was free, but a wired LAN was at a surcharge, when I checked in, they changed tone and said it is only free in the lobby and all internet in rooms are charged. Overall, 1. Very inconsistent behavior of staff on phone and in person. 2. Very rude behavior of service staff especially at the front desk. 3. Very slow service, If you ask any thing to be delivered to your room, you will probably grow old by the time it is delivered. 4. Internet connection was poor - kept dipping out, and at close to $10 a day for each device - that's not good enough. Walls were paper thin, and the room had an unpleasant smell (similar to cigarettes/cigars). Tired decor: front desk often seemed understaffed.

Room was very comfortable, except for the fact that I could clearly hear the conversation of the hotel room next to mine. The couple was not very loud at all, but they stayed up late into the morning hours, and kept me awake. It felt like there was an open window into their room from mine. Das Hotel verfügt nicht wie fälschlicherweise angegeben über ein Sauna! Housekeeping war gar nicht erreichbar. Es gab keine Bademäntel - auch nicht nach Anfrage. Das Zimmer war gleich neben der extem lauten Eiswürfelmaschine. Und zu guter Letzt, meine Badezimmer wurde einmal erst gar nicht gemacht.
