"Rude Staff!"
We were just staying over night after our trip too the Louisville Zoo, we picked this hotel because the indoor HEATED pool and hot tub. We checked in went to our room and got ready and headed to the pool, to find it was ICE cold didn't feel heated at all, when the woman at the front desk (VICKY) came to trun the lights on in the pool room, I asked if […] the pool was heated, and got the repliy the it was heated to regulation by health dept. I then informed her that it was very cold and she said replied "maybe you just need move around more" she was very rude! so we had to try to enjoy the hot tub (which was small) then a group of 7 kids and 2 women came in and was rowdy and they were not even guest at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. I had no complaints. It was quiet and peaceful. The indoor pool was nice, because even though it rained outside, by daughters and I was able to enjoy the pool and hot tub anyway.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Louisville sauna"

"Dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in"
I would not recommend this hotel. There were people hanging out in the hallways and outside the lobby who made us feel very uncomfortable. The rooms were disgusting. For a non-smoking room it smelled moldy and definitely like smoke. There were even cigarette burns on the bathroom countertop. If we hadn't just been passing through and needed a place […] to sleep for a few hours we would not have stayed. Also, I must say that the woman working at the front desk was very friendly - that is why I gave the quality of the hotel service a better rating.
