It was a very good place to stay. I was there on my trip going South, and I stayed there again on my return trip going North. The area was quite pleasant... with plenty of green spaces and treed areas. The hotel has plenty of parking. The Hotel staff was professional in their dealings with me. The rooms were very clean. They had a number of weddings the weekend we were there. The staff spent their time getting ready for that rather than clean common areas. Saturday morning the pool area was not cleaned despite large crowds Friday night. It took us 15 minutes to clear out debris, put chairs back together etc so we could sit by the pool . Difficult to get in for breakfast. […] We were kicked out of Lobby so they could finally vacuum on Monday am. No room safe and fridges unavailable . We were there for a family reunion so had a number of rooms , but unless you were there for a wedding, it was if you didn't matter. Location is convenient, staff is unfriendly. Read more

Overall we had an enjoyable experience. Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. One night clerk must have been having a bad night, she was abrupt and talked loudly to herself about all the work she had to do and how "This is going to be a bad night". When we arrived we were asked if we wished to register out credit card for incidentals, we said […] no and the next day when my son tried to charge a bottle of juice to our room he was told that our credit card had been "declined". When I double checked with the impatient night clerk she insisted that our Amex card had been declined (even though we had used it an hour before at dinner). When I checked with the day clerk he said that we had "declined" to register our card for incidentals and that is what the term meant. Also when we first went to use the pool the towels were all gone and when we requested more no one came so we left. Read more

We requested a crib and fridge since we were traveling with an child under the age of 1. When we checked in and got our room EVERYTHING was there and set up for us. We were able to lay our sleeping son down for his nap right away. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel!
