Had a lovely stay! Usually, I choose standard hotels, but at the risk of compromising privacy, I decided to stay at a B&B. Proprietors were very warm,... personable, and informative, yet they never intruded. The home is nicely appointed and the bedroom very comfortable. The inn's best quality rests with its excellent location: situated across the street from the bay, and only a short walk to downtown Newport. Um, hate to report this, but I did spy a couple of tiny, tiny bugs (NOT roaches!?) that joined us at the otherwise lovely breakfast table.
