This is my second time staying there and for the price I have paid it has been great. Contintal breakfast free and with a little bit of everything my kids favorite waffles. Pool,whirlpool and sauna all in perfect temps. Definitely coming back next time I go down the Cape.

The breakfast: Excellent. The indoor pool: Phenominal. The service: done with a smile. Overall a great place to stay. Very clean. The outdoor pool was tiny though, and the beds were not the comfiest but they worked. A great place to stay. Centrally located, short drive to Nantucket Sound beaches, 36 minutes to Atlantic Beaches.

We really liked this hotel. Professionally managed, clean rooms, good service. Unfortunately, there was nothing to do in South Yarmouth Cape Cod and trying to travel the main roads during summer season is like rush hour in New York City.

this hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and attentive. The long low back area where we were was a little shabby on the outside, and i felt it was pricey for the look of it . The breakfast was not generous, considering the price. It backs up on a cemetery, and was therefore quiet. It has a pool in and out, and kids love that.

We had our puppy with us and this is few of the hotel allow us to bring dog. I won't recommend the hotel if I don't have my puppy with me. It is quite a stinky hotel after all.

The rooms are clean, however, the bathroom is way too tiny. I wonder if a 200 ibs guest could fit in the toilet. The pool is way too smaller than the pictures show. The air conditioner was making horrible horning noise and kept me and my husband up for the whole night. Be honestly, for the price I paid, I expected a liitle quite stay but not that.

Family with two young kids--very happy with our stay. We had no idea what to expect, and we were very pleased with everything. We had nice, clean and very quiet room. We did not hear anybody around us during our stay. That was priceless to us. Breakfast was decent. Area we were in was more of a commercial strip along the main road, and although not […] amazingly beautiful--it was great location to get anywhere one need to go. Owners are very nice and accommodating to their guests. Both pools were clean and kept nicely. Overall, we did not spend much time in the room (we had two very comfy doubles) except to rest and prepare for new adventures every day. Staff was very nice and pools were clean. We had a nice time and were treated well. They gave us a place to lock up our blkes so we did not have to take them to our room. If you don't mind walking to the second floor, it was not bad. I would stay there again.

Don't let the name fool you! I doubt there's a suite in this place. It's a former Comfort Inn and other than some external upgrades and new furniture, it's a really old hotel with paper walls. But it wasn't noise that bugged us. It was the fact that first we were told we couldn't have more than four people in our room (didn't say that on website). Then […] we had to pay $15 for a rollaway bed, and another $15 to have our dog there even though the place advertises that it's pet friendly. And when we got our "pet friendly" room it smelled like a kennel on a bad day. But I could have taken all of that if the woman at the front desk hadn't copped serious attitude with me. No customer service ethic at all. Pay a few extra dollars and get the amenities you'd expect in a decent hotel. This place is a dump. Read more

Net hotel op prima locatie. Restaurantjes in de buurt en op goede locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Aardig personeel, we kregen uitleg over bezienswaardigheden en hoe deze te bereiken.
