"Disappointed"
The bathroom smelled and there were long black hairs on floor and in the tub. The tub backed up during a nightime shower and we had to have someone come ii the morning to clear the drain. The maids, young teenagers didn't clean the bathroom the second day and just threw the pillows on the bed and pulled up the bed cover. It looked like a 10 year old […] had made the bed. "Very disappointed"
Overall, this hotel was terrible. Other than a great location, it had nothing to offer. The room was dirty (carpet, bedding and bathroom), there were cigarette holes on the blanket, the room smelled terrible, the carpet left my feet black...I could go on and on. "Horrible Experience"
We were looking forward for this trip down the Cape for a few weeks. We chose this hotel for its location and price. The room was supposed to be smoke free, however we found a few cigerette buts in a glass on the night stand. We were offered a new room but did not accept since the room did not smell like cigerette smoke. However, the room was supposed […] to be smoke free and it was supposed to be cleared thouroughly before we checked in. The beds were so hard and we could feel all the springs in the mattress, we could barely sleep. If we did fall asleep we were woken up by the heating system making very loud clanking noises. "Would never stay there again!"
Rooms extremely small. Stained bedding.No working phone in room to call for service. No manager on site for duration of stay,therefore I was unable to ask for a refund. After several trips to the front desk, our party of four was moved to a smoking room and I was handed a can of room spray. We are not smokers- need I say more! "bad location...cheap... stinky...lots of chlorine"

"Avoid this place -- No customer service"
Don't let the name fool you! I doubt there's a suite in this place. It's a former Comfort Inn and other than some external upgrades and new furniture, it's a really old hotel with paper walls. But it wasn't noise that bugged us. It was the fact that first we were told we couldn't have more than four people in our room (didn't say that on website). Then […] we had to pay $15 for a rollaway bed, and another $15 to have our dog there even though the place advertises that it's pet friendly. And when we got our "pet friendly" room it smelled like a kennel on a bad day. But I could have taken all of that if the woman at the front desk hadn't copped serious attitude with me.
