"Location makes it tolerable"
Maintenance is not their highest priority; it seems to get worse and worse every time we stay there. All the bathrooms are in need of a complete remodel; mold appears to be an issue too. Location is great; can walk to shopping, eateries, etc.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew. The front door was filthy, the carpeting and walls were dirty, and there were cracks here and there. Our room wasn't ready for us at 3:15pm! The continental breakfast scheduled until 9:30am was out of juice and coffee by 9:00am and the toaster was broke. One of the guests moved the toaster to another […] outlet in the room, and then the toaster worked. Finally, the decor is dated and dirty. The place needs to be remodeled. Was reasonably priced and close to where we wanted to visit. Nice touch to have free coffee in lobby day and night. Disappointed that shampoo, soap, etc. were not replenished in room each day of our multiple night stay until we asked about it the last day. "Never again."
The person behind the desk wouldn't let us in our room until after 3pm when it was stated that we could come at 2, when we actually got to our room there was a stain on the sheets, a leak at the base of the toilet, and a clogged bathtub. So it's safe to say during my shower I ended up having water up over my ankles. I felt unsafe to have my 5 year old […] son walk around without shoes on let alone socks and there were only 7 channels on the television to choose from. "Days Inn - Wireless not working"
We stayed at the Lakewood Days Inn in Cleveland for three days. The wireless was not working in the room the entire time. They did not seem to know what the problem was and the problem was not fixed. I had to go to the lobby to get on the internet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Das war echt ärmlich. Die Zimmer sind winzig, mann kann sich zu zweit kaum drehen. Kein Platz zum Sitzen am Laptop. Kein Kühlschrank - das geht im Sommer gar nicht. Lobby hat einen Minitisch und zwei Sessel, natürlich besetzt, Internetzugang fiel also aus. Es ist ein sehr alter Bau, der sich super einfügt in eine große Backsteinsiedlung, sehr ungewöhnlich […] in USA. Das Haus ist ungeeignet als Motel.
