The room smelled like an ash tray when we opened the door. We complained about this and were told the room had been 'deep cleaned' prior to our arrival. We wanted to see the Christmas boat parade so the location was perfect and the room wasn't so bad after a bottle of frabreeze leaving the fan on for a few hours!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The front desk clerk did not want to accept the receipt saying that the room had already been paid for. He was extremely rude and made us want to leave. We only stayed because we had already paid. The rest of the time was fine, it just got our special weekend off to a stressful start. I do not like to complain but this was really bad.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
