Every part of my stay here was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was friendly, incredibly good at her job, and quick-- which is always nice when you've been driving for 8 hours. "Uneven Service"
My room was actually clean and neat this time. The continental breakfast is on par with cafeteria food. Very disappointing. The staff is very personable. The look of the hotel is very old, with unraveling carpets in the lobby and stairway. "Better than the Rest"
My husband and I stayed December 1st thru the 3rd. We have stayed at a fair share of hotels, and honestly this was the better of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, no noisy neighbors and their breakfast was pretty good too. If we have to go to Santa Fe again we will definately stay here!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Qualified Success"
I found the hotel and the front desk staff to be extremely accommodating; however, the room was not cleaned adequately by the housekeeping staff. I found tissue scraps and food particles that were days old during our stay. On a couple of occasions it was necessary to request towels from the front desk; and, the soap and shampoo were removed from the […] face bowl daily if they were not used.
