"Good experience"
We arrived around 11:00 pm, so we couldn’t go inside the lobby. We had to check in at the window outside. It did not take long and the receptionist was fast and friendly. There were 5 of us in 2 rooms, and we booked for 2 nights, but we just slept one night and took off the next day in the evening. The rooms were clean and did not have a good or bad […] smell. The carpets look kind of old, but they were clean. The trash bens did not have any plastic bags on them, but we really did not use the trash. The restrooms were clean and descent size. The TV was a flat screen hanging on the wall, which was good because it gave us more room to put things on the dresser. One thing special about this hotel is that they have a shuttle that takes you to TJ Mexico to most clinics and they pick you up as well. However, you have to call the hotel directly to see if they have any space available before you book. On the way back from TJ, we did not wait in the long lines with the other cars entering the US. We did not even wait in the lines where the people walk in to the US as well. We had our own “special line” and it only took us 15 minutes to enter the US. Over all, it was a good experience. I personally loved this hotel. The room was clean and very spacey. I was quite surprised. I had a nice soft bed, sofa, table, tv, desk, microwave, mini fridge, free wifi, Etc. There was info in the box on top of the TV where i was able to order-in (Room Service) plus it was located within walking distance of several places for food and shopping. It […] is near the highway so you will hear some traffic going by but really my neighbors were louder than the traffic. I went for Medical Shuttle services to Tijuana and they were more then helpful for me. We always stay at this hotel when in the area because it is always clean, the beds are very comfortable, there's free internet in the room and the TV's are good, plus there's a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave, so we don't have to eat out. Breakfast is included, and the room price is very reasonable. It's easy to get on and off the freeway nearby […] but far enough to have a quiet night's sleep. There are restaurants, gas, and discount shopping nearby also. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and most speak more than one language.
