I have stayed in many Ritz properties. I was shocked at the Pentagon City location. The front desk staff did not have the room that was confirmed and did not seem to care that I was unhappy. This happened to another woman checking in at the same time. They did not bring my suitcase to my room. They had a terrible problem each morning with cabs and much […] confusion at the front lobby.
