My stay at this hotel has to be one of the worst that i have had. The smell of the hallway almost sent us packing, mildew and wet dog combo. The continental breakfast was crap, first day no breakfast, second day packaged muffins and danish. No decaf, No hot water. As far as the cleanliness of the room and location to public transportation/metro system, quite good. If you're looking for a decent continental breakfast, this isn't it. Desk staff were not pleasant or attentative. Example: we came in early and asked for a restroom to change our clothes - thats all, we understood the room wasnt available yet, but were told there were not public bathrooms. I was very pleased with the motel. It was clean, comfortable, and great location. The cost was reasonable. The young gentleman was very helpful with information on traveling in the city with the bus and subway, which is something we weren't familiar with. The host had to work a double shift and when I saw him the next morning he was still cheerful!! […] One thing I did notice was the towels didn't have fabric softner in, just a small inconvenience. A recepçao do hotel em finais de semana é péssima e nada pode ser resolvido. Se vc chega durante o fim de semana, como foi o meu caso, vc deverá esperar pela segunda-feira para que seus problemas ou solicitaçoes sejam assistidos. A internet do hotel como prometem nao funciona. o hotel nao oferece serviço de dining room, nao te permite usar o telefone […] para fazer uma ligaçao local e solicitar comida por menos de um deposito de USD 10.00 para a ligaçao. A apresentaçao da recepçao nos finais de semana foi péssima, de uma ma educaçao extrema e sem assistencia nenhuma. O quarto estava totalmente sujo, com cabelos de outros hospedes por todo o banheiro, mau cheiro. Solicitei a troca do quarto ou limpeza do mesmo e a resposta que tive da atendente foi: "Se a senhora tem algo a reclamar, ligue para a polícia!". O café da manha como tbém prometem na diária, nada mais é do que uma caixa de papelão em cima de um balcão com uns pacotes de Muffins (da pior qualidade) e uma máquina de café... e só!!! Meu final de semana foi extremamente estressante, nada proveitoso, e após uma viagem cansativa de 14 horas de voo nao pude relaxar.
