I didn't like that the fitness center was on the first floor, because I had to walk through the lobby to get there, but that was minor. Their airport shuttle doesn't start running until 6AM to the airport. They arranged for a taxi for me. However, I received a call from the front desk asking if I wanted taxi 5 min. early or 5 min. late? I told them "at the scheduled time." When I got to the lobby 5 minutes later (at my arranged time), I was told "your taxi had to go to the airport and […] will be back in a few minutes." It finally arrived almost 15 minutes after my scheduled time and it turned out to not be a real taxi--was not marked, had no meter. Desk person had called and arranged with this particular driver via cell phone while I was at the desk--"where are you, the guest is waiting?" Then this blackmarket "cab" wanted to charge me more than the hotel said it would cost and sort of rolled his eyes when I asked for change. To me, speaks poorly of hotel if desk person is working out taxi rides w/ a buddy and not official taxi service. Read more

Hotel was nice enough, staff friendly and helpful if not a bit distracted when the phone rang. The only thing that was truly awful was that I had a room on the street side of the building. The traffic noise (which went on all night with trucks, garbage, etc.) was so bad that I hardly slept. Used ear plugs the second night, but I worry about missing […] wake-up calls and alarms. booked the hotel for suite with king size number bed room plus sofa bed for 3 people for 5 nights. it turns out only two room has king number bed and they are all booked out. so no chance to use a king number bed at all. the fist two night we were put to a two double bed room, it is number bed but it is too small. I have to find a massage to release […] my neck tension after squeezed in a double bed with my spouse. the last 3 night was in a suite with normal king bed and a sofa bed. The bed is ok but the room is sharing a wall with elevator shaft. This is a pretty good little hotel near DCA (in Crystal City). The only complaint that I had was that I paid extra for a suite with a sleep number bed (only because I wanted a sleep number bed). When we got to the room, we discovered it was just a normal (though ok) bed. It turns out they are getting rid of their SN beds. I wouldn't have paid extra […] for the room if I had known that. Also, we had two back-to-back reservations (we came a day earlier than originally planned). They agreed to combine the rooms so that we wouldn't have to switch. But then they didn't clean the room and tried to move someone in the evening of the second night - complete with the bellman opening the door and entering with suitcases and family in tow. This Radisson is in need of some help. The building exterior and interior is kept up well enough...nothing dirty, but seems stuck in some times gone by...in need of some renovation. The double room I had felt small. Not that hotel rooms are big to begin with, but almost "too" small. Upon request I was allowed to leave my truck in their parking garage but was told it would be towed if left overnight. Service was awesome, room was clean. Nieghborbood was great as well. Metro is in walking distance. The only thing was, a waterbottle was found next to the bed half empty.....we just threw it out. Over all it was a great stay! ;)

The staff was nice and did try to be helpful...Good place and close to Metro- into Wash DC took 20 mins via the train. Business class rooms are good, the WI FI really worked, 1st time and NO Passwords needed. THAT is a good thing

The Radisson is a terrific hotel in the heart of Crystal City. It's a block from the Metro, and within walking distance of almost two dozen restaurants. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the staff friendly and helpful. You can't beat the Radisson.

The hotel was very upscale. The room I got was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was a king size bed and very comfortable. They have a bishop that helps you with your bags as well as a shuttle service to the airport, which was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice. I was told there was a $20/night parking, but they ended up comping it at the end of my stay. The cleaning staff even organized my perfume/toiletries on the bathroom sink when they cleaned.
