This was a great rate for a room with kitchen. If we were staying longer it would have come in handy but we were just there overnight. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was okay, big but dated. At first I was a little confused because the sign doesn't say Clarion. The daytime receptionist wasn't as nice as the one in the evening. The room was really nice. Very luxurious, much more than in supposedly higher brand hotels. I was very pleased with the room. The only thing that disappointed me was that I had to pay extra for parking. "Convenient and Good for a night"
The check in was a little tedious, mainly because there was only one person at the desk and the person in front of me was making things way more complicated than necessary. The shuttle to the surrounding area was very convenient to use, but the main reason for staying at this location was its proximity to Clarendon. We knew that it would be easy to […] get to and from the hotel via shuttle, metro, cab or walking. We couldn't really get the room warm at all, so it was good that the bedding was warm. It was a very spacious suite, but they couuld use an upgrade on the TV. The breakfast in the morning was extremely welcome. "Hotel was close to metro"

This was up there with my best hotel experience ever. I booked two rooms for a visit to see the Smithsonian museums with my grandmother and my cousin and her family.
