This my third time I have stayed in this hotel when at a conference in Ocean City. While it is an older hotel and the rooms are starting to show their... age ( carpet a little frayed in heavy traffic areas) it is a well run hotel, rooms are clean, service is friendly, maid service is usually done before noon, ice machines work etc. I did have a problem with sound on Couple of channels on TV, but I didn't call about it. It might have been the cable service? The small Resturant which only serves breakfast and lunch is quick, friendly staff, good basic food and is inexpensive. They were doing repairs, no discount offered, really wasn't impressed. 70 bucks for a hotel with poor patch up work, rust in the bathroom and the toilet could of been cleaned. Not pleased at all. Wouldnt recommend it.

Nice location. Quiet and rooms were clean and comfortable. This was off-season, but rates were good and service was excellent. We arrived late in evening and front desk service was excellent. Would stay there again.
