This Hilton is great. My friend and I had a very enjoyable stay. Suites layout works great, friendly staff, convenient location and restaurant in hotel had very good food. "Ocean City Hotel"
Beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all. Customer service at front desk was so-so at best. Lacked professionalism. Asked for regular tea bags for the room and was told we could buy a cup of tea in the resturant. If that was the case they could have gotten a tea bag from there. "Winter weekend on the beach"

"Not what we have experienced from Hilton"
Our stay was not quite what we are used to from Hilton and the primary reason it was selected is for the Name. The linens appeared sweaty, the side of the refrigerator was not clean --- white refrigerator with brown spots on the side, there was a cup put in the cabinet that appeared to be soiled from hot chocolate. I just didn't bother providing the […] servicer for the room a tip. The surrounding neighborhood was not -- bad but abandoned winter it is a ghost town.-- Not the Hotel fault -- I guess. Lastly, we are Maryland residents away for a break and on Sunday looked forward to enjoying local football teams -- didn't happen -- something about NFL deciding not to air the games. -- that is just cruel. -- In comparison to all the other Hiltons I have visited -- this one just didn't do justice. "Great Service"
This is my first ever review, and what really made me want to write one was that we just had unbelievable service from start to service. All of the staff were wonderful!!!! Really makes a difference. Hotel was perfect, when comparing what we could see from the beach it was one of the few that had a pool overlooking the beach. It was also nice that there […] was an extra kiddie pool which kept alot of kids out of the family pool (made it more adult). Rooms with a view a nice plus. "hilton beachfront suites ocean city maryland"
beautiful...comfortable...very clean..stayed weekend before memorial weekend..only complaint is that they closed the outdoor pool area, which was beautiful, @ 6:00pm which i think is ridiculous. they said it stays open till 8:00 pm in summer months which i think is still too early.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
