The hotel was nice. Some of the furniture is showing its age. The children enjoyed the pool. There are a lot of things to do. The hotel is on the beach and walking distance to the hotel. I thought the hotel was right on the boardwalk but it is not. Overall this was a good stay.

Went for a quick post-Christmas get away, just my husband and I. Very nice, comfortable, and great view!! Only minus - the hotel bar was a little small - drinks $$$$ but good. Very relaxing hotel with great ocean views!!

The staff for the most part were knowledgable and friendly. I stayed in the Hampton Inn down the road and was not happy with their service so comparably the Hilton Suites was much nicer. I wish Hilton as a whole had a uniform policy regarding charge of incidentals.

The room was immaculate, bedding was bright and cheery, and the dining table-equipped balcony was the perfect size. It's just a shame that the cuisine was lacking. Our stay at the Hilton was great! The rooms were really clean and the staff was extremely helpful. We stayed the week of Memorial Day and the weather held up with the exception of one day. The staff were accommodating and provided a listing of things to do while it rained. They also have an indoor pool which could be used. The facility itself is beautiful. […] They have two pools. One adult pool with a swim-up bar and another kids pool with slides. The kid pool was a dream come true to the little ones. The views from the room were amazing and the restaurant served gourmet food which you get a discount with on one meal along with your stay. We would certainly go back. Read more

The front desk staff was adequate, the bell staff exceptional and my room was well taken care of daily. The Starbucks in the lobby was disappointing when the expresso machine was broken and the barista was sleeping at 7:15a. I would return in season to be able to enjoy all amenities.

Hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff were ok. No one exceptionally friendly but srevice was good overall. Check in was fine. Housekeeping service could have been better. We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn't serviced until 4 - 5 pm each day.

Stayed at the hotel off season Presidents day weedend, Hotel was very nice and room was clean. I guess my only surprise was the hotel bar closes at 11pm no matter how many people or if it was high season....would stay again for sure.

We have stayed at the Hilton in OC, MD many times and this is the first time that the bathroom was not up to standard. The tub had not been thoroughly cleaned...there was a ring around the tub and it took hours and hours the next day to get the room cleaned. We finally had to call. They came once and my daughter said she would be out in 5 minutes which […] she was that was around 10 am, we talked to the maid and said she could come in but that didn't happen until we called housekeeping again. I did leave my cell phone charger and the housekeeping dept was lovely and will be sending it to me. The pool was too cold and the heat in the pool room too cold. My grandson got sick and we needed some regular tylenol and the sundries shop didn't have any it was poorly stocked. We were disappointed this time around. Read more

I have been staying here for quite a while. I love the hotel, the staff is accomodating, the rooms are usually very clean. This time, the maid was rude, knocked on our door three times (in 15 minutes) after we kept telling her to come back later. The room was not very clean, which is not their standard. The room was great, the view was great and service was very good. We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The only things I can say about the room that was negative is: the curtains were too sheer, the lights from outside kept me awake and the dvd player didn't work. Everything was great except the following: 1. Mattresses were way too soft 2. Air Conditioning/ventilation system left much to be desired. Room would get extremely stuffy even with controls on lowest temp and highest fan setting. Overall I was happy with my stay at the Hilton, but the room could have been better, if they are going to call every room a suite then they should inscrease the size of the rooms. I was happy with dishes and a full sized refridgerator, but unhappy with the size of the living room. Also unhappy that the air conditioner wasnt functioning even after we […] called a maintenance guy to come "fix" the problem. He turned the thermostat down and checked to make sure the balcony doorover ride was functioning. Everything seemed ok but it never got cool. Bathroom was excellent, bedroom was as expected, flat panel tvs were a nice surprise along with free washers/dryers and supplies. The suites at the Grand werent as nice but they do have a parking garage. For the money the handicapped suite at the grand is maybe the better idea if your not going to use all the ammenities the hilton supplies which cant even be in competition with the grand. Read more

We had a great stay at the hilton ocean city...kids pool was so much fun...our 15 mth old had a blast. Proximity to beach unbeatable. Suite was great...nice kitchen, fully equipt (even with a blender)!! and 2 separate rooms-could have the baby asleep while we were awake watching TV or on the fantastic balcony. Good choice...will likely stay again.

I was expecting more from a Hilton, but I guess since we are talking about the beach and the high turnover rate of the rooms it was understandable. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The pools were great - especially the kiddie pool. Last year we stayed at the Holiday Inn on the Boardwalk and we prefer that one only because of it being […] on the boardwalk. The onsite restaurant at the Hilton was very expensive so we did not dine there but there are plenty of nearby dining facilities. The only problem we had with our room was the overwhelming smell of carpet freshener. I have asthma and had a hard time breathing until we aired out the room somewhat. We requested that the carpet be vacuumed without using the product but apparently they either forgot or couldn't get rid of the heavy scent. I did see that it was anti-allergen but that doesn't help with asthma. Also the TV's in the room were pretty small in comparison to other places we have stayed in OC. The bathroom was very nice and it had a full kitchen which was also nice to have. Overall nice place - just be careful if you have asthma! Read more

We went off season, so we weren't expecting too much. The outdoor pool and many local attractions were closed, but we still enjoyed our visit. The good: We stayed in a 2 queen suite. The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, the jacuzzi bath was nice, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), the view was great, and the patio was large […] and had a table and chairs. We went off season and it was very affordable. Looking ahead at in-season rates, it is still a great value considering that the pool bar and delux kiddie pool (complete with water slide) along with local attractions will be open (Jolly Roger is right across the street). The indoor pool (open year round) was very comfortable and suited to out four year-old (3 feet in the large shallow end). The "bad:" We were put in a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking room. There were no signs but we saw cigarette burns in one of the chairs (FYI, the whole 6th floor is smoking rooms) . The staff worked to find us a room; however, we lost about 45 minutes in the process and STILL were not granted a late check-out when we requested it. Also, a kid pooped in the indoor pool which is totally out of the hotel's control, but we were told the pool would be closed for a half hour and when we returned 40 minutes later we were told the same thing (30 minute closure) and this happened AGAIN in another half hour. We took the hint and went to the boardwalk. Read more
