The Hotel Avante is highlighted by a music-listening room on the third floor called the Hi-Fi Lounge. The Hotel Avante offers many complimentary amenities, including wireless/wired high-speed Internet access, a well-stocked CD lending library, an evening wine and cheese reception on weekdays, and a daily European-style continental breakfast. Guestrooms
The 91 air-conditioned guestrooms at Hotel Avante have modern decor and offer complimentary high-speed Internet access, iPod docking stations, stereos, CD players, 32-inch cable TV, and pay movies. Cordless speakerphones have two lines and include voice mail. Rooms are equipped with compact refrigerators, minibars, coffeemakers, and irons/ironing boards. Premium bedding includes plush Omaha mattresses, 316-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens, down duvets, and both king and standard sized pillows. Amenities also include complimentary bottled water, bathrobes, Aveda bath products, and hair dryers. King and queen rooms offer the executive toy box with low-tech toys such as Rubik's Cube, yo-yo, and slinky. All guestrooms are nonsmoking.

"Great Stay for Thanksgiving"
I think this is the third time our family has stayed at this hotel. We have relatives in Mountain View, who host Thanksgiving every year, so each year we need a hotel. Full-service small hotel with personality. Great staff, courteous flawless service. Gleaming teak wood everywhere, interesting décor. Very cool sinks in guest rooms. Boutique soaps, shampoos, lotion. Very good hotel overall. Service and value were both pretty good. Hotel parking is very crammed so be careful if you a drive a large vehicle. This is a small hotel that is well located in Mtn View on El Camino Real (CA-82). The location was central to us as we had friends in Cupertino, Palo Alto, Fremont.
