"Microtel in Saraland/mobile"
When we got to hotel, there was a bug crawling on my bed manager came to look at it and took it in cup. When we pulled back blankets to look for more the bed had lots of hair in it. Manager then sent housekeeping to cahnge linens and said they had no other rooms. We also had booked a suite with a sofa bed and instead got a room with a window seat and […] curtains that hung on it that had what looked like pizza on the curtains. The next morning housekeeping came around 8:30 knocked lightly and proceeded to immediatley open room door. A few minutes later a man came beating on the door before we could even get across the room he was letting himself in yelling we needed to get downsatirs and pay our $390 bill! We prepaid 1 night on here and owed nothing. He said Oh sorry and left. When we spoke to Amanda at front desk she said they did not have a man working there other than the maintaince man and it was not him.
