Visited Chicago for the weekend. We felt very welcomed. As soon as we arrived, the receptionist gave us a sheet of recommended sites to see, as well as... directions to them from the hotel. The orange line is just 2 blocks away, and though we walked to the stop every day, they repeatedly offered us use of their 24-hour van shuttle service to get to the stop. Even as we left, they told us to call them during the day if we needed anything at all. Very welcoming! Also the room itself was entirely sufficient :) by a Hotels.com guest on 04/21/13

My only complaint is that I was given a smoking room. When I booked the room my only requirment was that it had a refrigerator. I didn't even know that smoking rooms were still allowed in Chicago. Other than that my boyfriend and I had a great night.

This is a great place to stay at. The best customer service I have ever received. They picked us up from the airport, and the next morning drove us to the local store to buy city bus passes and then to the train station. Fresh Donuts and OJ in the morning.

Cons: It is standard to perform the housekeeping of the hotel room every two days mandatory, even if we do not want. On the last day of our stay we woke up 4:00 to go.
