If you are going on a family vacation dont stay here!! its really stuffy and doesnt have a lot of room. Dont get me wrong, this is a very nice hotel but it would be best for only you and one other person. We had a little trouble when we got there because we had requested a room with a sofa bed and when we got there they said they didnt have sofa beds […] available at the hotel so my family of 4 had to stay in a little room until the next day we got a 2 bed room and it was a little better but still a little crammed. "Great choice"
It was advertised that hotel parking is $35, it's actually $42 a night if you let them park your car. The funny thing is they park it across from the hotel on N Clark st, when you can park it there yourself and only pay $22 a night. Excellent location, close to many restaurants and within walking distance to the magnificent mile. On out first night we walked to Navy Pier (which is about a 30 walk with kids). Hotel très bien situé, proche des quartiers animés le soir. Notre chambre n'était pas spacieuse mais entièrement rénovée, très agréable avec un espace bien aménagé( fer et table à repasser...). Le personnel s'est montré serviable en s'occupant des boarding pass pour notre vol à New York. Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon mais cher. Il existe à deux […] pas un Whole food market ouvert jusqu'à 22h où l'on trouve un service traiteur, et plein de restaurants pour toutes les bourses dans le quartier. Seul regret l'absence de mini-bar, et la possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre. Ce service ( minimum) est offert le matin au restaurant de 7h à 11h.
