"A little noisy"

"Convenient Location, Great bar attached to hotel"
The hotel has more of a business feel, so if you're feeling romantic, you'll have to get creative. The overall feeling of the hotel was more of an overnight stop for businessmen who wouldn't like to be bothered by staff. Our room was clean, however, the vent in the bathroom was broken, and as a result, there were several spots of mold above the shower. […] One night, we did ask for two extra pillows and two extra blankets and they only brought up the two pillows. If you are coming in from Union Station, this hotel is in a great location as you can walk a short 4 or so blocks from the station to the hotel, or easily hail a cab to get you there. It is also in close proximity to multiple el stations and bus lines and a short 3 or so blocks from Michigan Ave right between the museum campus and shopping, and if you […] do enjoy the Chicago shopping, State Street is SO close to this hotel. There was no fan in the bathroom sothe mirrors fogged up after taking a shower. The room was small; however, we stayed in a standard single. Our fifth story room looked out at AC units and the roof. "No soap, no towels, no comfort"
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The bed was hard as a rock, there was no hand soap when we checked in and one towel. ok? I called the front desk and she said they would bring soap and towels. We left for dinner and late at night when we returned, still no soap or towels. We had passed a closet full of housekeeping items that was […] left unlocked so we got our own soap and towels. We stayed 5 nights here and when housekeeping would clean the room, they would take the towels and not leave clean ones. This was frustrating. My back is killing me from the bed being so hard. This is my second stay here and I've enjoyed it both times. The staff is great and the amenities and rooms are wonderful. They're not the biggest rooms in the world, but you can't expect them to be that spacious in a hotel so conveniently located within the Loop. "Disappointing Hotel in a Great Location"
We paid an extra service charge so that three of us could share a suite with an extra sofa bed. First they tried to put us in a room with a chair bed instead of a sofa, then after reluctantly switching us to the room we booked, it appeared no one ever told housekeeping there were 3 people. Every day for 5 days we had to request a third set of towels, […] drinking glass, etc., and they never made up the sofa bed, even when we deliberately left sheets hanging out to make it clear it had been used.
