This hotel was conveniently located in the central loop, walking distance to many central Chicago attractions. The room was tiny but well designed to make the most of the limited space available. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was very clean and quiet and close from all the fun places in Chicago. The parking service is very convenient and at a great rate. The staff was friiendly and ready to help with tickets, dining suggestions and anything we needed. I liked the guest request closet for each floor where I could get more coffee or the iron as needed. This is a gorgeous hotel, great location in downtown Chicago. Makes you feel like you are staying in a luxury NYC-type hotel, without the luxury hotel price. Central Loop is located about two blocks from an L-train station. We enjoyed our stay here. Great location to see the sights. The Art Institute is an easy walk away. The hotel is also close to the "El." The only problem we had was with the temperature in the room. This hotel is right in the Loop, so it's close to everything and if not, it is close to public transportation, which is pretty easy to get used to. The hotel is a short distance from either the red or blue lines, and surrounded by some terrific architecture! We arrived early, but were cheerfully checked into our room anyway, which was on the 9th floor in the back overlooking an alley. Room was clean & comfortable, very quiet, and although smaller than a lot of hotel rooms, still had a king sized […] bed & plenty of room to move around. I really liked the design of the bathroom -- sliding door, roomy shower, very European-looking. The front-desk staff were helpful in recommending a diner for breakfast (other than the restaurant attached to the hotel). This hotel is very conveniently located a few blocks from the Art Institute of Chicago, Grant Park, Millenium Park, and the lakefront. We were very happy with the hotel except for the noise level in the hallway (on the 3rd floor near the elevator). The hotel provides complimentary water with reusable bottles, which was a great benefit. The self-parking […] is in a garage a couple of blocks away. The hotel provides a discount, making it a very reasonable price for parking in downtown Chicago (although you get no in and out priveleges) For just slightly more you can park onsite with their valet parking and receive in and out priveleges. The only other drawback is that many of the surrounding businesses were closed for the weekend, (such as the Starbucks next door) but we did manage to find breakfast a few blocks away. "Nice stay"
Clean comfortable hotel, not fancy but adequate for a short stay. Room was small but clean. Location is great just a short walk to Willis Tower or Michigan Ave. Hallway noise transferred to rooms as well as street noise.
