The hotel was not adequately staffed. Perhaps due to the holiday. The restaurant in the morning did not have staff. They were doing room service & not available to take breakfast order. I was in. Hurry and there was a wait. Also, needed room cleaned as my son for sick. They. Had no one to clean it so they told us we could use the towels in room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Handicap Room Cleanliness"
I stayed in Room 413. I requested the handicap room to ensure there was enough space with two cribs and 19 month old twins. My main concern with the room was cleanliness of the floor. The red stain on the carpet just outside the bathroom was a concern. But the larger concern was the floor in the bathroom. It just did not appear to be clean.
