"Hilton Rosemont - Haven for travelers"
The hotel staff were delightfully friendly and helpful. The property was well managed and cared for. With the exception of a motion detector night-lite in the bathroom that turned the overhead light on each time we entered, (even in the middle of the night) the room was excellent. Can't believe how terrible the service was. From check in to check out; even when I went down for dinner; I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even ask if I was here to eat. So naturally I took my business elsewhere. The room was nice; though I'll just get a regular room instead of a suite next time. "2011 IMC SHOW Rosemont IL"
Myself and my girlfriend went for the Motorcycle show that was across the street, but connected by a sky bridge. The room and bed were very comfortable. The curtains were able to block out all light. The room was also very quite for being in line with the airport landing strip. Very good meal next morning. Check out was easy by using Hotel.com.
