"Nice Place"
This was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. There was a frig in the room which is always great when traveling with kids. This hotel had some awesome water pressure in the shower too. "Great for what we needed"
The hotel is very close to the Blue "L". You have to go across a road, but a very easy walk, if you don't mind walking. Staff was great, no frills, but it was a place to sleep before an early flight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very nice hotel."
Perfect location, wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only odd thing was, because we joined your 'club' we were supposed to be upgraded to a suite. We were not. We 'spun the wheel' as new members and landed on 'upgrade room' and were told we were already upgraded. We were not.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Holiday Inn O'Hare-so convenient and comfortab"
We were pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel near O' Hare was just as good as staying downtown and at half the price! We could jump on the Blue Line train which runs 24/7 and be downtown in minutes. We also took buses right off the Blue Line rail and it was so convenient, easy and inexpensive. The staff was great and the people of Chicago are […] all so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely suite at the hotel that made us feel like we were staying at Trumps. Very nice, indeed! "Costoso y alejado del Loop"
Un hotel viejo que no ha sido renovado desde hace bastante tiempo. Queda cerca del Metro, pero el trayecto es de 40 minutos hasta el centro. El servicio de las habitaciones fue deficiente, llegando incluso a dejarnos sin toallas y papel higienico el tercer día de nuestra estancia. Hicimos el reclamo en la recepción y mejoró el servicio.
