Stayed four nights for a conference and had a nice experience. Housekeeping slightly absentminded - didn't replace a used coffee cup, left two shampoos but no conditioner - but these were minor and could be fixed with a call. The gym was a bit small. The fairmont is in a wonderful location and is beautiful on the inside. The staff were courteous, and the concierge gave us great advice. When we booked the rooms we where to be in double beds. When we arived we were given king beds and a cot. Not very comfortable for the price.one of the only reason we stayed with u. The Fairmont is just down the street from Millenium Park. The park is beautiful, downtown is beautiful. We took a tour with the double decker busses and the first stop was just down the street at the park. Convenient location. You can walk right to the river only a block over.
