The hotel's full-service spa offers a range of beauty services and in-room massage, as well as an indoor lap pool and a spa tub. The adjoining sundeck overlooks the city and lake. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Children receive a toy and cookies upon arrival. This is a pet-friendly hotel. The Ritz-Carlton is smoke-free. Fines apply for violations.

Stayed in the Executive Suite. beautiful public space. typical Ritz Carlton eye on luxury - except for the bathroom. Just a single sink and bath/shower combo instead of a stand-alone shower and separate bath. Counters were so low I thought it may have been a converted disabled room. Service also seemed a bit off. Stayed 2 nights and at 9pm the second […] night, they showed up with the water and fruit plate usually served in the suites. would have been nice to have on the first night so I declined. "Usual Ritz/Four seasons exceptional service"
Perfect in almost every way. Concierge was less than diligent in booking my limo to Ohare. I needed a round trip and she suggested two one-way fares atoned $300. I called myself and booked 2hrs for $130. However, I would never stay anywhere else in Chicago.Genuine Expedia guest review

What else would you expect from a Ritz-4 seasons combination. If you can afford this location, go for it. I was working and my wife could easily walk to the attached mall, or walk down Michigan Ave and see all the other shopping on the magnificent mile. I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for 3 nights from April 6-9. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. "Comfortabel hotel, prima locatie"
Goed hotel, niet spannend, maar wel erg comfortabel. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met lake view en de luxe van twee badkamers. In eerste instantie vonden we dat redelijk over de top. In gebruik bleek het reuze praktisch en prettig. Je loopt elkaar in ieder geval niet in de weg. We kwamen uit NYC waar we kamer van formaat bezemkast hadden. Deze kamer was […] daarna aangenaam groot. Services zijn heel goed en volledig, fitness en zwembad zijn top! We hebben 1 dag ontbeten. Erg duur voor wat het was. Geen aanrader. Lobby en restaurant zijn nogal saai en sfeerloos. In de omgeving zijn echter prima winkels om ontbijt te kopen. Gezien formaat van de hotelkamer was het daar vervolgens prima picknicken.
