They never had the club lounge open and when it was a joke. Only 2 hours in the morning with little of thing for continental breakfast or afternoon happy hour. I liked the high round sink. The special shower head was fantastic. Not too pet friendly. My dog did not like the elevator, and it was a long way out the building in the back to go for a walk. Check in proces was easy and very pleasant. I felt like they really appreciated the fact that I decided to stay with them. Once got to the room I was impressed with the modern look and how clean the room was. I even purposely looked for a spec of dust...couldn't find any. I was very impresed. I've decided to order room service and called downstairs. […] That's where I've decided to take a star away. The phone rang for about 6 times (at the restaurant) and finally it went to the voice mail so I left them one with what I wanted and asking them to call me back as soon as they retrieve the message. It took 45 minutes for them to call me back and then another 40 to get the food. I'd probaly would have been better off walking downstairs and dining that way. The location of the hotel is great as well, close to O'Hare Airport, Donald E Stephens convention center (right across the street) , Akoo Theater (across the street) and the Muvico theaters are just around the corner. Hotel was good, but restaurant was small as was bar. In fact , both was so crowded and noisey (due to tiny space and short staffed) we opted for room service, which is MUCH more expensive. However, the food was great and room service service was great--arrived within time I was advised it would.

I booked for family overnighting here to fly out first thing in the monring. On-time shuttle service helped them make their flight. They had clean and comfortable rooms. I had no worries, knew they were well taken care of. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

The hotel i fairly nice. Halls very noisy at times. This hotel charges for everything!!! Be prepared to pay $24.00 PER DAY for parking ( I wasn't). This was my 3rd trip to chicago in 2 months, I have stayed at 3 different hotels and will not stay at this one again.

Stayed 2 days while waiting for a connecting flight. Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel was in perfect conditions. The room was small, but really really comfortable. It was really quiet though i could hear some doors slam in the hallway. The bathroom was really nice (small too) and the bed was big and comfortable. You had everything you needed […] in the room. They do not have cable internet, only wifi and the signal was weak in my room. (I was at the far end of the hallway). The food in the restaurant was really good. There was also a bar and a gift shop with almost everything you need. Airport shuttle was really covenient. There are a lot of taxis around and a metro station about 10 to 15 minutes walking. I had a discounted fare for the first night, thanks to American Airlines. The second night was full fare. Hotel fare was a little high per night but i got it on expedia much cheaper. Read more

The hotels is located very close to the airport and taxis are available 24/7. The rooms are not very large but clean and updated. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. There is a pool and gym. The restaurant and breakfast are equipped for a quick meal.

Our stay at the hotel was fine. We took a taxi from Hinsdale to the hotel. The fare to O'Hare is a flat rate of about $27 , but since the hotel address is Rosemont and 2 miles from the airport, the driver used the meter rate which was $55.00. Perhaps the hotel can negotiate this rates and be charged a flat rate since it is so close to the airport.

Even though their shuttle runs 24hrs a day, I arrived late at O'hare, so I just took a quick taxi ride to the hotel. The $10 was worth not having to wait. Surprisingly there was a bit of a line to check in at that late hour, but the front desk staff did a good job of getting everyone through the process quickly. The room itself was on the small side, […] but was very clean, and the furniture was in good condition. It looks like the bathroom was redone fairly recently, as it was very nice and clean. The bed itself was very comfortable including the linens. The one big drawback I had with my room was that it was located right next to the elevators, and I could hear every time someone used the elevators. I was thinking about asking for a different room, but as soon as I turned on the fan, I couldn't here it anymore and didn't notice it again throughout the night. The public areas are fairly expansive. I ate breakfast at the main restaurant which was pretty much what you would expect. I also used the workout area, which was located off the indoor pool. The hotel is not fancy but the service was polite and welcoming. The restaurant was good for families with pizza and popular childrens choises on the menu card. Breakfast buffet was solid and overall we found that for the price the hotel was nice.

My complaints would be that the hotel seemed understaffed for the amount of guests staying in the hotel and conventions it was hosting. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes, just to check in to the hotel. Upon checking in, it was a very hurried experience and we had to call down […] a few times during the night to make sure that we had all of the information necessary including correct check out time since this was not conveyed during a extremely hurried interaction. I was also not pleased with the la carte pricing of everything within the hotel. Although this hotel was in the suburbs and not the city itself, the parking was an additional cost of $23 for the night. This was absolutely insane in my book! We arrived at 10 pm, checked out prior to noon and had to pay $23 just for our car to be parked outside of the hotel for which we had already paid a hefty nightly rate. In addition, the WiFi internet was not free. It was an additional $12.50 a night. The gift shop of the hotel was also no exception to the ridiculous pricing/fees, costing us $8 for 2 bottles of coke. My husband and I, also were a little dismayed when we found out that all of the restaurants, the bar, and anything within the hotel completely shut down at 11 pm. In summary, the rooms were beautiful and the facilities nice. However, hotel was understaffed and the a la carte/over the top pricing made it more of a disappointment then anything. Read more
