The Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport is an all-suite, smoke-free hotel one mile from O'Hare Airport and within three miles of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Downtown Chicago is approximately 15 miles away. The hotel is located a short hotel shuttle bus ride from the Blue Line train to downtown Chicago.
Hotel Features.
Guests of the Sheraton are welcomed to a sky-lit atrium and lobby dotted with lounging areas and lush greenery. The hotel's casual restaurant, Luna Grill adjacent to the lobby, serves American dishes three meals daily and featuring a breakfast buffet. There is also Myrick, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 72 West sports bar offers libations, light fare, arcade games and billiards throughout the lunch and dinner hours. Bordering the hotel atrium and lobby areas are 9 flexible meeting spaces, including an elongated foyer leading to a Grand Ballroom with reception area. A 24-hour business center includes printing and computer services, and a gift shop.
The hotel's 24-hour guest services include a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment. Room service features selections from the hotel's restaurant.
Guestrooms.
The Sheraton's 296 guest suites include a sofa bed and two televisions. Accessible via the hotel's interior courtyard, each room includes wireless Internet and video game consoles. Select suites feature minibars and separate sleeping areas with desks. Private bathrooms include coffeemakers, cultured marble sinks and complimentary toiletries. Complimentary newspapers are delivered weekdays.
Pet-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the property at the number on the booking confirmation.
Children staying free must occupy the parent or guardian’s room with existing bedding and may not be eligible for free breakfast (if one is offered).
Self parking costs USD 12 per night with in/out privileges (a different rate applies for extended parking)

"O"Hare Sheraton Could not have been better"
My wife and I reserved three rooms, two for 3 nights and one for two. Our adult children joined us with their young children to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The hotel staff were wonterful. "Filthy and run down"
I have NEVER been in a hotel that was so dirty. If it hadn't have been past midnight, I would have left and found another hotel. There were large balls of dust and hair debris in the corners of the lobby, hallways, and our room. The carpets in the hallways and the room were stained, worn, and in desperate need of being vacuumed. The elevator was dirty. […] The grout in the bathroom was old and mildewed. The door and moldings needed to be re-painted. There were stains on the upholstery and the bed covers. It appeared as though the baseboards and the edges of the carpeting had never been properly cleaned; there was a visible dark line of dust and hair all around the edges of the room--everywhere that was carpeted, for that matter. I could go on, but I think I've made my point. Sheraton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. I have stayed in other Sheratons and while I don't expect them to be luxurious, they have always be serviceable and clean. I will say how much I appreciate the hotels.com representative who allowed me to cancel my return booking at this hotel without penalty; I would never have stepped foot in that hotel again but it was very nice to not incur another night's charges. "Sheraton Gateway - Service Not a Priority"
aWe chose Sheraton again after a good experience a year ago . . . but we probably will try the Holiday Inn Express next door the next time we have an early flight. The rooms/bedding were still very comfortable, but it didn't smell clean -- we were in a 'No Smoking' room, but it smelled of smoke and the carpet was stained. It is difficult to get someone […] at the front desk in the early morning hours which was frustrating because the bus left at 5:21 am (and we were told it would leave at 5:30 am) . . . we weren't able to get the next bus until 5:45 am. We also weren't happy with the return bus service. Our driver was friendly and courteous, but the bus took its time to pick us up after we arrived back at the airport. "Very nice hotel for the price!!!"
We just decided to do an overnighter to Chicago to go to the museum to finish up the kids' spring break and was very surprised at what we got for the price. This was a very nice hotel on the north side right next to O'hare Internatioanl Airport. The decor, although a little dated, was very nice. Very easy to get to from the interstate and though right […] next to the airport, you couldn't hear the planes. They flew right past our view from the 7th floor all evening and not one sound. And I have stayed at a hotel next to Midway where the planes just roared all night. They really took the design into consideration for this structure! The customer service was outstanding. When calling down to the desk, they would answer the phone acknowledging that they knew who was calling - very professional!!! We were on our feet all day at the museum and really didn't want to go out again for dinner. We decided to get some pool time and order a couple of pizzas to the room, however there wasn't a phone book in the room to see what was in the area. I called down to the desk and they told me they had many brochures at the desk. When I went down, their was a staff member standing there with 4 different brochures and gave me the information about each pizzaria - which had the best thin crust, the best deep dish, etc. My wife and I made a choice from the 4 brochures and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted (Rosati's Pizza)!! The convenience was also a plus. We live in southern Wisconsin and this hotel was just out of the city on the north side to be able to pack up in the morning and get out of town without having to mess with the city traffic again. If you are partial to working out and planning on staying here, they have one of the nicest workout centers I have ever seen. "Fantastic deal"
Great and I mean GREAT rates for a very nice stay. My family and I were very comfortable in this room. Spacious and clean. I am SUCH a stickler for these qualities. Great accommodations for a large family. Suites are spacious and comfortable. Complimentary shuttle service to trains downtown and to airport was a huge plus as we explored the city for an entire day and made our 7am flight on time the next morning. "great hotel for airport access"
This hotel is perfect if u need something next to the airport. Its a beautiful hotel thats clean, stylish, and the service is great. There's also a target and chilis two blocks from the hotel. "ゆったりとして気持ちがいいホテル"
帰国前の一晩だけ滞在しました。 部屋はベッドルームとスイートの付いたお部屋でしたが、とても広く、清潔で、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。夜遅くのチェックインでしたので、ルームサービスをお願いしましたが、どれもおいしく、また疲れている時の温かいスープはとてもありがたかったです。 朝はホテル内のレストランでいただきました。 場所も空港のすぐ近くですし、シャトルもあります。周りにはマクドナルドなどのファーストフードのお店もあり、便利だと思います。値段も手ごろでお勧めのホテルです。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
