"Rough Start ~ Pleasant Finish"
Upon arrival, check-in is anytime after 3PM, I arrived between 4-4:30PM ~ Had to wait over an hour to get a room and/or key...they were still cleaning it!??! The counter Staff did offer a bottle of water..which, I kindly denied..though, I needed a private restroom..not a lobby. I was in town attending a funeral, time was of essence. "rudeness and inconvenience"
Upon check-in I find out that my room (which was booked 2mths in advance) had been given away to a "larger party" who had come unexpectedly. Was told by front desk staff who was VERY rude I may add that there were no other rooms or any other way to accommodate myself or the rest of my party for the duration of our stay.
