We booked a night here prior to our cruise because they offered a complimentary shuttle. Prior to our arrival I called to ask if I needed a reservation for the shuttle and I was told no. We booked and paid for in advance a room at the Hampton Inn Plantation. What we were told upon calling for the shuttle van from the airport was that the hotel was overbooked by Expedia and we were being sent to a hotel next door.
