The only issue I had with my stay was the door cards to get into my room. Everytime I tried to open the door the card wouldn't work. So I had to go to the front desk to have them program it for me. But the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Staff service less than par!"
I booked online through Hotels.com- reserved a room with 2 Queen beds as we had 2 travelers. The room I was given was a 1bed king. The hotel staff was not very helpful. They asked if I had my booking in writing and then mumbled that it didn't really matter as they were full. I located the booking and showed it to them. Then had to wait quite a while […] for them to research where the error was. I had to keep asking where they stood with 'next steps" as they didn't volunteer any info. I had an appt to get to so the wait and not knowing was very aggravating. They finally miraculously found a 2 bed room and jus gave me a key without any comment re the confusion.
