This place was okay for a short trip. I didn't think the price was fair for what we got. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms were clean. The entrance smelled like sewer/urine.

The room was ok. clean and all. But they had construction, paint, smell on 4th floor.Surroundings... Police Station around the corner. There's a reason. Open XXX channel - not good if you're with family, or not into that stuff.

The size of the hotel is really small.I was shocked with how small it is. In addition to the hotel, the room was small. There was 3 of us that checked in. The location of the hotel is sketchy. Very noisy rooms (trains are passing next to the hotel's rooms). I can't believe that they have built a hotel next to the subway.

There were cigarette burns in the sheets, the hair dryer did not work, and the lamp between the beds did not work. The Lobby was not appealing at all, it pretty much set the tone for the room we rented and overpaid for.

Too close to the trains, the noise is very bad. Neighbourhood is not very safe, needed police escort from the subway to the hotel to feel safe. Hotel itself is OK, location is terrible.

Front desk has glass enclosure with a little speaker box to talk and below that a tray to exchange money. (Like buying ticket at subway or movie theater) Waited almost 1 hour to get room while standing in line with 7 other guests waiting for same thing. One man operation and he doesn't care. L.I. The hotel is in a rough neighborhood in east new york. If you don't belong there, you will stick out a lot. Wouldn't recommend arriving by subway, even during the day. The price I paid wasn't really low enough to justify the dangerous location. The place itself is ok, well-kept, and run by a courteous staff consisting of south asians (India I think) […] from behind a bullet-proof glass window where you slide the credit card through a slot. The hallways and room smell faintly of cigarettes and curry powder. The reception is meant to be 24 hours but sometimes is left unstaffed for a few minutes, with the front door wide open. Street walkers come in with their johns from off the street sometimes, but I saw them turned away despite plenty of rooms being available, which I think is good. The main actual clients seemed to be either people like myself who didn't know what they were getting into (including some Europeans) and some former residents of the neighborhood (East NY) who had made some money and got out, and were coming back for a visit. The reception is willing to call a "cab" for you, which in my case was a Dominican guy in an SUV with no meter. The room was perfectly adequate, comfortable, and clean. I commend the staff for making the most of difficult circumstance, but think hard on whether this is really the hotel for you. Read more

For starter this hotel is in the worst location. I took a taxi there and was expecting to run out for snack. After hours I advise you stay in your room because this location isn't the safest. Entering I immediately notice the noise coming from the elevated train right above the hotel. Did not get an ounce of sleep. When checking in Harry (Hiren) was great I had a terrible time getting to the hotel, not there fault, however getting there he was great. The area is terrible although convenient. The houskeepers didnt clean my room correctly throughout the entire stay. I went to Iron my shirt and the iron stained my shirt, I had to hand was it right away to avoid domaging […] a $60 shirt. I called the front desk and the clerk was very rude and when the maintenance man got there 1.5hrs later and I explain what happened he tells me "if i bring you another one the same thing is going to happen". He brings me another one that was broken also and at that point i was frustrated so I bought an iron myself. My room didnt get vacuumed one day i was there they never emptied the ice bucked or even put it back I had to throw away my own garbage. the only thing good about the service was checking in. even checking out the guy wouldnt get off his cell phone. its like they had no customer service skills. There was on African American houskeeper that unfortunately didnt clean my room but was very nice and always smiled and said hello when she saw me throughout the building. The parking is very small although i was never without parking because i returned to the hotel early enough. They also need to use a different taxi service or request they send better cars because the car they sent to take me to my rental company was in terrible shape and charged me $6 more for the same trip I took the night before. first, had hard time finding the place and didn't realize it was a hotel until entering. second, the satellite kept messing up wherein on some channels there was a black block on the screen obscuring the view. when front desk was questioned (around 3 or so) i was told i had to wait until that evening. eventually when reminded of the situation an employee […] came up and it was "fixed", temporarily. it continued through the night. some channels that were listed weren't available to access. additionally, i didn't particularly care for the channel selections. fox news is the highest rated cable news network but it was not offered. finally, being directly across from the subway/el/rail was very disconcerting and disturbing. it is not conducive for rest, relaxation or tranquility. Dit station ligt pal naast het metro- en treinstation. En veroorzaakt dus tot diep in de nacht en 's ochtends heel vroeg lawaai. Slapen is er dan niet (meer) bij. ニューヨークに一人旅で行き、値段の安さとJFK空港からの近さもあってこのホテルを利用しました。 ホテル自体は清潔で満足したのですが、ホテルの周りがお世辞にも治安がよさそうな場所とは言えませんでした。 私は念のため日暮れ前にはホテルに帰るようにしていました。 交通の便はLIRRのEast New York駅の目の前で、地下鉄のBroadway Junction駅とAtlantic Av.駅もすぐ近くで便利です。(駅も閑散としていて少し怖かったですが) あと、朝ごはんのスペースが狭すぎるのと、僕が行ったときにはいくつかのメニューがなくなっていたのが残念でした。（そもそものメニュー数もすくないですが）

Das Hotel an sich ist sauber, Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok. Das Hotel liegt allerdings an einer sehr belebten Straße zwischen drei Bahnlinien und daher sehr laut.
