"Great location, but I wouldn't go back"
The room was costly for what it was. I've had nicer rooms at embassy suites for the same price. The linen was a polyester blend and I itched all night. Other than the location, it's notvtgsr great of a hotel. Surrounding hotels have in room jacuzzis and cost less. Definitely staying st one of the other ones next timeGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Motel Santa Cruz"
DISGUSTING. Hair in the bed sheets, felt crusty the blanket smelled. The carpet looked filthy. The toilet seat had cracks all over it. The head board was so old and had engravings carved into it. We were there an hour looking for different hotels online. The owner yelled at me to get out that he wasnt going to give me a refund. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. extremely […] rude.
