Just stayed overnight on a Sat. The ice machine on our (third) floor was not in order and several baskets of trash sat by it for the19 hours we were... there. The room was much larger than expected. The breakfast was nice as the selection was huge with yogurt, muffins, waffles, toast, cereal, etc. Good coffee. Spacious dining area and nice staff but few and far between. This hotel is in a very questionable neighborhood. the doors are locked at 10 o'clock and to get in there is a smalll window that an attendant will come to. that is how bad the neighborhood is!! Wish we knew about that before we booked there. The rooms were old and looked like a keg party had just occured in there the night before. A real good deal booking trough Hotels.com. Very big spacious rooms. We stayed in a double queen bed suite its was nice and big 'bedroom' area and very nicely sized 'living room' area. A big plus was having a pull out sofa bed, all tough uncomfortable, it was nice to have. The only thing that was a bit off was our room was in the middle of hotel complex […] and had no windows to the outside. Their was one window to the lobby, that would have been alright but it was an enclosed lobby and the breakfast bar was in front of our room so we really couldn't open our window. Read more
