We stay here every time we come to Santa Cruz. The rooms are always clean and they very nice and spacious! Parking is very easy. The breakfast is DELICIOUS! Bacon, eggs, fresh Belgian Waffles! The hotel property was clean and well maintained. There was adequate parking (free). There is a terrific Italian restaurant directly across the street. The hotel is walking distance to downtown and to the boardwalk. The wharf is a little farther but not an impossible walk especially if you want to avoid the crazy traffic down there.
