"If you can stay elsewhere"
First check in took so long front desk person seemed lost. No one to helph her phone was ringing off the hook. Room smelled like a wet cat changed the room. Next room Ac did not work. Pool could not. "Problems at this hotel"
The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly, but very pushy, especially about getting on the elevator. There was only one elevator, and it sounded bad. The other broke down. There were hordes of noisy kids. We had requested a quiet room, but were surrounded by families with noisy kids. "Convenient to PA Trnpke and Bucks County"
Pretty nice breakfast, but they were overwhelmed with a full house of guests and ran short on a lot of items. Waffle irons and toasters had long lines waiting. Half an hour drive from Central Phila. - more in traffic. Overall it met our needs. Wish they had a pool!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
