The first room they gave me (125) looked like someone had just gotten out of bed with the blanket tossed aside, pillows on the floor and mattress itself diagnal to to boxspring. When I tried to call from the phone in the room it did not work so I went back to let them know and they gave me the room next door (123). It was right across from the 1st floor […] elevator and people were coming in and out until about 2am. I had stayed here previously and on my first visit there was a big spider crawling on the ceiling and holes in the wall where the tv used to be hung. I don't expect the Ritz when I stay at an Hampton Inn but this isn't the clean and reasonable rooms I'd expect while staying at an Hampton Inn. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
