"A descent place to stay"

Adequate for an overnight stay but the place has seen it's better days. The room was clean and was not maloderous. It had a sofa, table, older TV, microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. "Decent Hotel"
Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good spot. Lots of eateries nearby, major roads nearby and easy to get to, older motel and older outdated furniture yet comfortable bed. Tub drain was very slow to empty out and some black mildew on shower walls. Never used the breakfast area, so can't comment on it. After checking out and driving half way to B'ham […] I realized I left a cooler in the room. When I got home there was a message from the manager about finding the cooler and wanted to know what to do. It would have been more that the price of a new cooler to ship it to me, so I told him to give it to the person who found it. That's why I rated the service a 5. This motel is used by construction men as their "home" and you have to fight the big pickup trucks for a parking space, plus look at some seedy characters hanging outside the rooms. However, there was never any problem and it was surprisingly quiet. The room size was also a surprise...big. All-in-all, not a bad place to stay and I would stay there again. "Fine for a Quick Stop"
