my stay was very quiet, but I do dislike the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was good and the staff person was very attentive-constanting... cleaning tables, checking on the food. The only complaint I had was the shower/bathtub was so high from the level of the food that I would almost trip getting out and the shower head leaked and was not very strong or for a very tall person. The pillows on the bed would have been more comfortable if they were a standard size. I would stay there again by a Hotels.com guest on 12/03/12
