You get what you pay for and this place is cheap. The room was very clean though it was old. I liked the balconey so my husband could go out to smoke. There was even a room safe and a microwave. The fridge didn't work neither did the wifi. I called the front desk and they were very polite but didn't fix the problems. "Do Not Ever Stay Here No Matter What"
The worst experience I have ever had as a customer of any business, ever. Things that did not work: Lobby men's room, out of order for 3 days. The phone in my room. The internet. My shower handle broke when I tried to take a shower. Then I was accused of breaking it. Staff not friendly, attentive, or helpful. Staff wore no nametags. Someone had ripped the cable out of the back of the TV. The guy behind the desk was very nice, and he got us a new room very quickly. He was very helpful when the codes on our keys were erased also.
