I was impressed by the value for the money. I was in town visiting with my adult daughter and this large room with a comfortable sitting area provided... us plenty of space. The fully stocked kitchenette had all tableware including even a pasta strainer and wine opener. They thought of everything. Breakfast was very nice with multiple hot food options. We did not attend the evening social but the menu for those sounded nice also. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was permanently closed, as in filled in with concrete. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Asked a staff member if a particular store was nearby. Not only did she tell me where it was she went and printed the directions. It is located in a nice area that is a short car ride to downtown. Last but not least, they have a social Monday to Thursday, free food and drinks are provided. A real nice touch.

This hotel is in a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond expectations to make our staf very enjoyable. Great rooms and a great hot buffet style breakfast each morning. I will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again when back in Austin. Room was clean and very spacious. Great neighborhood. The hot breakfast was really good and tasty!

Superb service, everyone at the front desk was super polite and helpful. Clean rooms, nice area and will definitely be my stay of choice anytime I need a room in town again. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about it. While not luxury, everything we could think to need was there and at our disposal. And the staff was outstanding. I explained that we had someone with us healing from a medical proceedure, and she put us in a room on the first floor near not only a door, but also the lobby and the breakfast area. The only issue this caused […] was one that I knew that would happen and was willing to trade the benefits for: I could hear people walking past in the morning to get their morning meal. If you want a very quiet room, just make sure it's not on the first floor near the lobby. We were thrilled with the hotel and will stay there again when we go back to the area. Read more

Loved this hotel. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Expecially thought the continental breakfast service was great. It was so pleasing to talk to the breakfast servers and the front desk clerks. They really made a person feel welcome there. I will stay there each time I'm in Austin.

I had an extra family member in my room and thought he'd have to sleep on a rollaway bed but all the rooms come with a fold-out couch that was very comfortable. The kitchen was much bigger and better equiped than I expected. There's an extra bathroom sink outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. The airconditioner was more […] like central air than a window unit, so it was quieter. The employees were all very friendly. The pool and spa were a little small but not an issue for me.
