"it was fine"
Overall the room was OK. Nothing spectacular or outstanding. The pictures were nicer than the actual rooms and for the price I think I would have been happier in a cheaper hotel like Fairfield inn etc. It appears to be a "new look" but felt old. "They think of everything"
I stayed here over the holidays while visiting my family. It had everything I needed. Now, if you're talking "wanted" like room service, non-lumpy bed, luxurious bedding, it does not have these things, but for the money it's a very good value.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The layout and rooms look and feel more like university dorms or 1970's apartments. We arrived at night and were briefly shown a bad copy of the layout of the property with a brief "your room is in this building". Was not given copy then went out to find my building. Property is very low lighted at night and after going through 2 buildings as the signage […] is non existance by the entrances. It took me 30 minutes to find my room. "High Potential But Not There Yet"
This hotel is nice and it could be fabulous. However, when I got to the room my wife found urine on the toilet. Yes, actual urine. I must say that the hotel attendant (I think his name was John) was spectacular. He came to the room within 5 minutes and disinfected the whole place. So many things about this hotel are awesome but here's what's not: 1. […] They only have one person at night who has to be everything to everyone. Luckily for us John is one of the best attendants I have ever seen at any hotel and I travel a lot. 2. "Very good for what you pay"
There are better hotels, but you pay more for them. This was nice enough, but not on a par with a Courtyard Inn or a Garden Inn, but better than a Holiday Inn Express. Feather pillows were a nice touch, and my kids loved the hot tub and breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
