"Just ok"
Check in was quick and easy, the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. There was hair and some other trash left in the room, the floors could have been cleaned much more. The continental breakfast was ok, they kept it plentiful throughout the morning. We had a problem with other guests being at the pool all hours of the night and had to call the […] front desk at 3AM two nights in a row to get them to go to their rooms. Located off a busy freeway access road. Constant road noise and difficult exit during rush hour. Downstairs rooms are noisy and you can hear the upstairs tenants walking and dropping suitcases. "OK but..."
The hotel was ideally situated for me; staff was polite and efficient. Hotel could use a bit of paint, but room was clean. My only complaint was the 3.30 wake-up call from people partying outside. "Not bad at all"
It was very nice. The hotel staff was great and did a great job in accommodating us. It wasn't anything special, but location was great. Starbucks right across the street. 10 mins from downtown, close to Walmart if you need anything, and 15 mins from the airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
