"Go somewhere else for the money...aweful :-("
We will NEVER stay in this hotel again...Many Problems: 1. We came exhausted and hungry to the hotel restaurant, and due to dietary restrictions askedd to speak to the chef, and were told he's too busy when there were only two other tables. We explained our requirements to the maitre de and the waiter and after waiting for our salads for 45 minutes, […] they brought us the wrong salad. We had to ask for bread 5 times...not a 4 or 5 star experience. 2. The rooms are EXTREMELY small, and we knew that from the review, but both our rooms faced the parking garage. 3. the bed is tiny, but the room cant hold anything bigger than a queen, the mattress caves in, and the pillows are huge and stiff. 4. If you do stay here and order room service make sure to ask for salt on the side cuz it doesnt come with the breakfast and the omelets are tasteless. For the money you can get a waaaayyy better hotel....there is nothing boutiqy about this hotel other than its tiny rooms, and rude restaurant staff where judging by the quality of the food, they probably didnt let us see the chef cuz there wasnt one :-( Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The room was small but not uncomfortable. However, when we went to get drinks at the bar after a long day at the trade show, the employees were all hanging out at the bar. Some in uniform and others not. Made us feel out of place and not welcome. The water in the room was never replaced after the first night. The room smelled funny, like maybe not cleaned […] after the last guests. The hotel was booked on hotels.com, we were then charged the same from the hotel itself, basically double charging us. Overall, a pretty poor performance. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"not a value"
Room was tiny, roof top bar was inaccessible. Drinks were expensive at the down stairs bar and you couldn't access it with the crowds from off the street. One again the room was tinyGenuine Expedia guest review

"3 strikes & your out!"
Stayed here a few years ago & was really impressed. Rooms and decor are really current, clean & staff was great. Unfortunately this trip around was not so hot. Strike 1: Urine on toilet seat. OK, nasty but maybe someone just missed the toilet cleaning, Strike 2: Went to make coffee and found pot was still half full from previous guest. Strike 3: Wife […] calls me to kill GIANT cockroach in bathroom. FYI - strike 4 is really not hotels fault but car window was smashed overnight in parking lot across street from hotel. Recommend parking in their garage as I think they have cameras & valet service. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The worse hotel stay ever!!!"
This hotel was booked for my 9th wedding anniversary and I will never book this splt again or tell anyone else about it. The pictures online of the room are zoomed in ... you are actually staying in a cubby hole. What they were trying to do in the rooms are great, more space is needed to pull it off. Lots more space. For this to be a four star hotel […] it doesnt meet four standards for me. Watch out for hidden fees that noone tells you about when booking. One hidden fee is the valet parking fee that you have no choice in if you are staying at this hotel. My next complaint would be the check in service....the attendants at the desk have no clue....When we booked we added the breakfast option, so the next morning when we went down for breakfast I asked the front desk what should take place. I was told to just go over to the restaurant....well needless to say when we were done eating we received a bill. The waitress said a voucher should have been put in and given to us. Well the waitress took care of that but we still had extra money to pay since what we ordered went over the amount for the voucher. This should have been explained when I asked front desk about the breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was in walking distance to the Phillips Areana where the event we were attending was taking place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Glen No Water"
Very poor at notifing customers of no water in hotel for showering. Had business meetings all day and was not presentable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Huge rooftop party until 3 a.m."
The room was very nice; however, when we arrived there was a very, very loud and large party on the rooftop which lasted until 3 a.m. They tried to accommodate us, but our night was not restful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Was not comfortable but very convenient"
Will not stay there again. Was not a 4 star feel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not my favorite place"
The rooms are TINY and if you are in a queen room, the shower is a window only covered by beads. TV did not work when we checked in, no wash cloths, loud street noise all night. There is NO Restaurant op of the hotel, it is now a bar. (loud all night long). On the positive, the bar in the lobby is very nice and it is close to the Georgia Dome.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
