"Uncomfortable, Terrible Service, Disrepair"
Our bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was in need of service (both cosmetically and functionally), the walls are paper thin, we waited for 15 minutes to check in as the front desk was in attentive and absent, and there was general disorganization everywhere.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"NOT at all what we expected :("
The hotel was small and smelled as if someone was smoking pot wherever we went inside the hotel. The part that really turned us off was there was no tub even though they advertised it has a tub shower combo. The bathroom has the shower set up like a locker room. There is no shower curtain so when you do shower everything gets wet. The room has a moist […] feel to it which may be due to the set up in the bathroom. This hotel is quite noisy, and when we complained about the noise above us we were moved to a room that was equally as noisy and the air conditioning sucked and our toilet didn't work and made the most dreadful sounds. I will never stay here againGenuine Expedia guest review
"Horrible!"
The rooms were not clean and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Was there for business and had the worst 2 nights of sleep of my life. I then got locked in my room from the inside because my room locked failed. It took them 1 hour to finally crow bar me out of the room. I was then late for an important business meeting and they failed to hail a cab […] so I was forced to walk. Would not stay here again even if it was free! Try the Marriott down the street!!!!
