The manager was so very nice and friendly. My sister had a problem with her couch cushions and she had someone remove them and clean them immediately. She made our stay so much more enjoyable. Felt like she was an old friend and we were staying at her own place.

Elevator was being worked on and other guests were extremely loud between talking in their rooms, to walking down the hallways and banging doors. Room was fine and location was great. Continental breakfast could be more than cereal, muffins and apples.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Parking was convenient in a central location just off the highway. My only complaint was the continental breakfast wasn't always kept up. The selections were adequate but spills, etc weren't attended to in a timely manner.

The room was larger than I had anticipated with lots of useful space. The only thing I didn't like was that there is a very small number of channels to choose from on the TV. We're used to unwinding at night by watching TV and the channel choices were very limited. All of the staff were courteous.

The first room they sent us to was completely trashed. It looked like a tornado had come through! The popcorn ceiling covered the floor, the AC unit was in the middle of the floor, and the lights flickered like a scene from a horror movie. This was my second stay within a year. I was ecstatic when they upgraded us to a suite at the start of our 6 day stay. This is a minimalist hotel but they do a good job and offer a clean facility. La Quinta and Marriott Extended Stay are across the driveway - I noticed how full their parking lots were and how empty Microtel was which seems like they […] are overlooked. Loved the free washer/dryer facility and the business center could use a faster PC but it was still convenient. They should invest in flat screen TVs to bring them to current day. This hotel is very affordable and very confy! Its a little bit of distance from all the attractions but Its trust me you will not be in a peace if staying downtown.. and the mall is just 2mins away! Only complaint is that the room was dusty, as soon as I walked I could smell the dust. Not as serious as it sounds but a little annoying.

The hotel was just as described. It is a 2 star hotel. The room we thought we were getting was supposed to have a microwave and a small fridge in the room. When we got to the room they were not there. I politely asked the person at the desk and she said there was a room available with a microwave and fridge and changed us very quickly. Cont. breakfast […] was filling. It included cereal, muffins, bagels, small sausage biscuits that you could heat in the microwave, yogurt, boiled eggs, apples, coffee, apple and orange juice. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the braves game and under 20 minutes to get to the aquarium. The main road into downtown hwy 400 which is a toll road but the toll is only 50 cents one way and well worth skipping the red lights! Perimeter mall is a 5 minute drive and has lots of shops and eateries. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again. Read more

I got what I paid for. The room I was in was supposed to be smoke free but it smelled as if someone had chained smoked in the room for years. They ran out of certain food for the continental breakfast, they had a water cooler in the fitness room (with fairly decent equipment) with no cups. Had to ask for some and was asked to carry the rest of the cups […] to the fitness center. The sheets were stained. NASTY. Overall....I got what I paid for it. Read more

I have stayed at this hotel many times and all stays were nice but one and that happened to be when my CD player was stolen. I recommend parking in front of the building and not on the left side facing the building if possible, besides that I think it's pretty straight.

The outside appearance of this hotel was nice. We had problems with the air conditioner from the first day we checked in. The air conditioner would only blow cool not cold. The maintenance man came up and fixed the problem. Then about 3:00 a.m. the air conditioner cut off and did not cut back on until 3 hrs later. This happened the entire stay. The […] air conditioner would run for about 45 min to an hour and would cut off and stayed off 3 hrs. The bathroom tub was peeling and the tried pasting something white to cover the spots on the tub.
