"Best experience possible!"
We stayed one night so that we could attend a braves game. We can't complain about anything! Parking is a little expensive it ended up working out great. Our room wasn't available at 3 check in So they gave us a Room on the 1 st floor no balcony/patio.the only room ready at the time. We heard every car drive down the parking garage next to the room. We were in town for the bowl game. Location was in easy walking distance from all the festivities. Staff is friendly and helpful; room was clean and well equiped. Nice exercise facility. As a business traveler, I have stayed in a number of hotels across the US. I have never been treated in such a manner as I was in this hotel. I was using the hotel for a personal trip - a family reunion - and was told upon check-in (which I came at 3:15, and they started at 3p) that I could not get a room - they had 500 rooms to clean, and did not know […] when they would be done - perhaps an hour or more. The concierge was rude, and immediately showed an attitude. When I asked for a manager, she walked way for 10 secs, and came back and said that they were in a meeting. However, my husband came in and found a manager immediately. I found out that this experience ALSO happened to a family member 6 months ago - which shows that the business does NOT know its operation and does NOT know how to treat customers. It was a 6 out of 10 for us. The rooms were so outdated it wasn't funny. The bathroom was small and had a sliding wood door that's from back in the 80's. Had a balcony that you couldn't look down because there was a 5ft. high wall there. Who does that on a balcony. It wasn't railing you could see down with. This was my first time staying in a Sheraton hotel since I was younger...I normally will choose a Hilton or Marriott but I say the pictures online and decided to switch up. This hotel was BEAUTIFUL!! Hotel was very confusing to get around. Parking was terrible late in the evening as their was not enough parking if you came back to hotel at night. Very congested out front for cars at night time.
